This competition is in no way affiliated with Instagram or Facebook and is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Facebook. Questions or comments regarding the competition should be sent by email to info@lech-woodcraft.de.

Eligibility

Eligible to participate are natural persons aged 18 and over with permanent residence in Germany. Minors require the written consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate. Employees of the organizer and their relatives are excluded from participation. Anyone can participate by completing the required actions in the competition, such as commenting, liking, or tagging.

Participation period

The competition's participation period can be found in the respective competition post. Late entries cannot be considered.

Selection of the winner

The winner will be randomly selected from among all eligible participants. The drawing will take place within 5 days of the end of the competition. The winner will be notified via direct message on Instagram or Facebook. If the winner does not respond within 48 hours, the organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.

Data protection

By participating, the participant expressly agrees that their data will be stored by LECH Woodcraft for the duration of the competition. The organizer collects and processes participants' personal data solely for the purpose of conducting the competition. The data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties unless necessary to process the competition. Disclaimer

Once the prizes have been handed over to the respective winners, the organizer's further obligations cease. The organizer assumes no liability for legal and/or material defects in prizes not provided by the organizer itself. All information provided by the organizer, particularly in connection with the publication of winners' names, etc., is provided without guarantee.

Miscellaneous

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or modify the competition at any time if unforeseen circumstances arise or if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical reasons. Legal recourse is excluded.
